Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Items show no signs of wear or damage from customer use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, socks)
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items purchased during clearance sales marked “final sale”
• Custom or personalised items
• Items without original tags

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@RacerTrend.com with your order number and photos of the item. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Reason for return
• Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Due to international dropshipping, returns may take 30-60 days to process and reach our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14-21 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.

Important: Due to international sourcing, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching or specifications from product images. Minor variations in sizing, colour, and fit are normal and do not qualify for returns unless the item is significantly different from the product description.
